Selling
Commercial Bad Debt
There are a few investors
who will purchase
portfolios of bad (non-performing) invoices that
have not been paid, much the same as it is possible to sell good
invoices for cash. Finally you
can collect cash off of non-paying invoices without an attorney, filing
a lien or any of the other cumbersome methods of commercial collection.
This is a last resort measure, since you may only recieve literally
pennies on the dollar. The portfolio needs to be $500,000 or
more
of delinquent invoices, and your business may have likely already
written them off on taxes. You can also Sell
Your
Portfolio of Consumer Delinquent Debt as well. Click

Obviously, it is much better to attempt to collect those debts before
selling them, and some collection firms stand out way above the rest!
Now, you can work with a company that has an 80% plus collection rate
rather than
the average 36% rate, and pays more of the collected funds to you than
most of the others.
