Venture Capital

Despite what anyone says there is more money out there waiting to fund Venture Capital Projects than can possibly be placed with the projects available.

Why, then, is it so hard to qualify for and receive Venture Capital?!  Because 95% of the projects (many of which may be great candidates for Venture Capital) are not presented in a manner acceptable to the investors, and are 'thrown-out' without even being reviewed.

When a Venture Capital investor starts to read an Executive Summary and sees misspelled words or improper grammar, immediately a 'red flag' goes up.  If someone cannot prepare a professional Business Plan they have almost no chance of securing Venture Capital.  If someone solicits a Venture Capitalist to fund a project in the wrong area or field, or a project of the wrong size, it is wasted effort.

In addition to a top-notch Business Plan, you must prepare or include a realistic pro-forma cash flow projection, a thorough description of your endeavor, its feasibility and exactly how much cash is needed & for what.  It should go into detail as to the exit strategy or payoff of the investor along with a backup plan in case the initial plan fails.

If all of these and possibly other variables are fulfilled,  there is at least a good chance that your project will be reviewed by a viable Venture Capital source!

Let us know if you would like someone to review and critique your Venture Capital Request. We will be glad to help. Call tollfree at (877) 636-7837 or fax (407) 522-0133.
